Additional charges may apply for large (non-Royal Mail) parcels to remote and offshore areas. We will contact you with details when we receive your order. All Northern Ireland parcels are standard rate. Larger parcels will be dispatched with DPD.

Western Europe - Delivery charges start at €12.99 and vary depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. Parcels are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked, DHL or DPD. (5-10 days depending on destination). Exact costs will also be shown at checkout.
North America - Delivery charges start at £9.99 and vary depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. Smaller parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail and delivered by USPS (usually 10-20 days) and larger parcels with DHL Express. (6-8 days depending on destination). Exact costs will also be shown at checkout.
Express Delivery Mainland UK and NI only
From £9.99 depending on size of order (exact cost calculated at checkout). Unfortunately we cannot currently guarantee next day delivery but using the checkout option "Express UK Delivery 1-3 days", delivery is usually on the next working day (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays) following dispatch, dependent on orders being placed before 1pm. Delivery day for orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will usually be Tuesday. We prioritise Express Delivery orders in pick, pack and dispatch to ensure quickest delivery.
Weekend orders are dispatched Monday and orders during holidays are dispatched the day we return. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and will give you a tracking number on dispatch.
Addresses - It is vital that accurate delivery information is entered at time of order as our dispatch system is automated and does not check addresses for accuracy or completeness. We can only deliver to an address, not a named individual. For buildings with multiple occupancy, the complete address must contain business name or department details. On occasions our carriers may deliver to a neighbouring address or a safe place on the property address. Please contact us before ordering for delivery to a BFPO address.
Delays - All of the above delivery time estimates are based on information given to us by the delivery companies concerned. They are also dependant on prompt processing by the relevant Customs authorities. In the vast majority of cases these prove to be accurate, but on occasions, particularly around national and regional holidays and times of adverse weather, these may vary. It is not possible for us to arrange delivery at a specific time of day.
