Dried Eryngium is ideal for summer and autumn displays and other craft and decoration purposes. Also known as Sea Holly, this variety of Eryngium is a stunning blue. The stems are a bit like thistles, with spines on the edges of the leaves and the flower head is very attractive to bees and butterflies. These stems dry really well and the colour is retained. Stem length is 45-55cm.
